Cocktail Reception Night was held on 1st and participants were able to make first contact in a casual atmosphere. With a 5-minute presentation section for each institute, participants could understand more about each other and ensure they can meet the right partners in the following meeting-days.

During 2nd - 3rd meeting days, promotional tables have been assigned for each institute; agents were able to meet with their potential partners easily by following the scheduled appointments.
